They will ask several questions such as the ones listed below:

2. Home/Loss address

3. Insurance information (if it applies)

4. When did the damage occur?

5. What was the cause or the source of the damage?

Once we have this information, we can move forward with scheduling an inspection or skipping that and scheduling the work based on the situation. We ask these questions to get a better idea of the scope of work, what type of equipment is needed, and how many technicians are needed.
