The water from above caused serious damage to this ceiling in the unit below it.

Recently SERVPRO was called out to check out a loss that had happened in an apartment building. The loss stemmed from a washing machine that had began to leak on the third floor. As you might have guessed, this would cause trouble for the units below it as well as they received the bulk of the damage. SERVPRO arrived and was able to assess the damage and come up with an effective plan to get the damage taken care of. Removing all of the effected materials would be necessary to start the drying process. The team at SERVPRO handled the job with flying colors and was able to help take care of the problem. This before picture shows some of the damage that was sustained by a below unit.
