This customer came home from work to a flooded basement and a sewage back up leaving their carpet unrecognizable. Our SERVPRO Professionals were sent to the home to restore it. 

Crew members began by picking up any large debris and then began using the hot water extractor to remove soiling from the carpet. Once the floor was cleaned, the team applied disinfectant to the area using a sprayer. We then mopped and cleaned the contents by hand.
