Leaking Roof Wreaks Havoc

The leaking roof caused significant damage to this bedroom ceiling.

You often wont know your roof is leaking until it is too late, which was exactly the case for this homeowner. They woke up to the surprise of one of their bedroom ceilings on the verge of coming down. Thankfully, the room was unoccupied so there was no immediate danger to anyone in the home. Once they discovered they had a problem, they made the right decision to call SERVPRO in to take care of it. The damage to the ceiling was very evident, resulting in the whole ceiling needing to be torn down as well as the insulation removed. The exterior wall in the room was also saturated so the decision to remove that wall and the insulation was made as well. When it was all said and done, SERVPRO had taken care of their problems and set them on the right track to dry their home.
