Get that smell out of here!

In Lisle, IL and sink backed up and spread into the carpet. The customer cleaned up the water himself but the smell was still there. So SERVPRO came and planned to get the carpet into the trash. The water was sitting in the carpet for 2 weeks the pad was still there and needed to be removed. The tack strips were black and was causing the problem of the smell. The affeceted carpet and pad was removed along with the tack strips that were black. The area was cleaned and sprayed with antimicrobial to emilimate the smells and any mold that might have been sitting there. "Like it never even happened".
