Frozen Pipe Burst Darien IL

This flooded house in Darien, IL  was the result of a frozen pipe that had burst while the customer was out of town for a few days. The customer walked into this only two days before Christmas.  The extent of water damage was unimaginable. The entire home was affected as the pipe burst on the second floor of the home and the water ran for a couple of days before anyone returned. The finished basement had six feet of water in it.  There was no electric and no heat-everything was underwater.  Our team worked diligently to make our customer whole again.  She definitely expected a much longer process.  We completed the mitigation work and she was so pleased with the results that she contracted us to do the construction work.
